UNESCO Food & Cultural Tour

Chinese Culture in Singapore has evolved in a way unlike other communities around the world.

Today at Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC), visitors can join in the conversation and discover what it means to be Chinese Singaporean. Visitors will have an opportunity to gain an understanding of the Chinese Community's migrants roots which is located within an area of six zones at this centre which would include what the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage represents and discover new insights to the local foods and dishes Singapore have come to love.

Fort Canning Park & Botanical Garden

Begin your morning by visiting the Fort Canning Park, an iconic hilltop landmark which has witnessed many of Singapore's historical milestones. The hill once sited the palaces of 14th century Kings and served  as the Headquarters of the Far East Command Centre and British Army Barracks.

Today, Fort Canning Park features nine historical gardens - the Pancur Larangan, Artisan's Garden, Sang  Nila Utama Garden, Jubilee Park (Phase 1), Garden, First Botanic Garden, Farquhar Garden, Spice  Garden, Raffles and Armenian Street Park
