Objectives


  • Exclusive networking event to advance cities' smart city projects through one-on-one consultation clinics;

  • Exchange of Smart City development experiences and best practices by cities and partners from different sectors

Target Audience



30 City Project Teams

From: 

  • ASEAN Smart Cities Network (ASCN) member cities.
  • Cities in the 18 East Asia Summit Participating Countries.
  • Cities in Middle East, Europe, Africa, North America and Latin America.

 Each city is encouraged to send a team consisting of one (1) Chief Smart City Officer/Chief Technology Officer or equivalent representative and one (1) technical expert for the workshop

30 Partners

From:

  • Private Sector Technology Solution Providers
  • Financial Institutions, including commercial banks, multinational development banks, Foundations, etc.
  • International Organisations and city networks
  • Cities with smart solutions to offer to participating city project teams

Each partner is limited to 2 representatives per organisation

Matchmaking Clinic 1 (Clinic sessions for each City Project Team to meet with Partners)

Note:
* Presentations will focus on the successful implementation of smart solutions in the area of sustainable urban development in cities

** TFURP refers to the Temasek Foundation Urban Resilience Programme that the Centre for Liveable Cities conducts as one of its international capability development training programmes. Three cities (Jambi of Indonesia, Sebarang Perai of Malaysia and Surat of India) specially selected from this programme will showcase their city action plans and will partake in the Clinic Sessions.
